ear to the ground

We've heard from a lot of folks over the past several months about songs and artists they'd like added to the iVideosongs catalog. And we take it to heart.
Now we're asking for a little more help -- we want to know a little about you and your interests, and what you think we should do to improve iVideosongs. Please take 60 seconds to complete our survey -- it's simple and fast. Just follow this link

You guys definitely need a forum for users. Where we can help each other with questions.

I think the survey is a great idea but the questions are pretty useless in my opinion. So I either want to learn songs or theory but not both? Ideally I would like songs to segue into theory. Learning songs from my favorite bands/artists keeps my interest and having quality instruction that explains the theory behind the music is the perfect way having fun learning theory.

This neither a blog, a forum, or a community. It seems filtered and biased by you guys

Thanks to all for the comments, and especially to the hundreds of folks who have already participated in the survey. It's still open, btw.
Re the blog -- yes we moderate, but we only filter out the occasional offensive comment. Criticism is welcome and solicited.

Sorry, but I come to site often and am a happy purchaser, but I've never seen a negative comment until today.

I would rather you accept emails and drop this area of your site until you do it right like everyone else.

I'd like to cast one more vote to the "we should have a messageboard" opinion.

I love the idea for this site! And a community can only make it better.

I agree, you guys should have a discussion board. The sites that I visit the most are the ones that do this.

Also, Robert I know for a fact you are wrong. I have tried to post comments that were not offensive at all and never made it up. One suggestion about the survey: Reword some of the questions, they don't seem to be an effective means of gathering useful information from us customers.

I want to thank whoever came up with this idea and brought it to the world. I've been a customer since you launched and a struggling musician. Though I've only downloaded 6 tunes, they've all been different styles and levels. Coupled with some of the unbelievable tutorials that I've never found before on the web, I've mashed my own style and I'm proud to tell you guys that I just signed a record deal! Please pass this along and again my thanks to Mr. or Ms. ivideosongs!!

Please provide a better understanding for new people like myself that purchase songs, log off and then have no idea how to view the songs again. Sorry I am just lost. I cannot find anything that will navigate me to seeing the songs I have purchased. Also how can you burn to a DVD to play in a dvd player
Thanks,
