iVideosongs Shows How to Play 12-Bar Blues with Clapton and SRV Songs
ALPHARETTA, GA - December 18, 2008 - iVideosongs shows how to play two great blues and one
classic rockabilly song: the Eric Clapton interpretation of Before You Accuse Me, Stevie Ray Vaughan's version of The Sky is Crying,
and the Stray Cats' Rock This Town. Each of the songs is instructed by an expert member of the iVideosongs staff.
Eric Clapton's version of the iconic Bo Diddley 12-Bar Blues classic, Before You Accuse Me, was recorded on Clapton's
1989 album, Journeyman. iVideosongs shows how to play Clapton's distinctive phrasing and solo licks, explains the blues
improvisation concepts and also shows how to play the second, Robert Cray guitar part from the album.
The Sky is Crying is the iconic blues standard authored by Elmore James but perhaps best known by the version recorded
by Stevie Ray Vaughan on his 1991 album of the same name. iVideosongs shows how to play every lick in this 12-Bar Blues
shuffle that has inspired countless other blues guitarists. Intermediate-level players will find a strenuous workout for
their bending and phrasing chops in this slow-tempo song.
Rock This Town was recorded by the Stray Cats on their 1982 album, Built for Speed. iVideosongs shows how to play
the complete guitar part from the rockabilly hit, including the rhythm for the verse and chorus sections, and the solos.
Rock This Town features both rhythm guitar concepts and also lead techniques such as bending, hammer ons and slides,
and is a good challenge for intermediate-level guitarists.
Each of the songs is complete and accurate, and each includes embedded tablature and chord grids.
iVideosongs shows aspiring musicians everywhere how to play their favorite songs completely and accurately, with the instruction
provided by the original artists who wrote and performed them, and also from expert instructors.
iVideosongs has licensed full rights to its songs from BMG Music Publishing, EMI Music Publishing, Sony/ATV Music Publishing,
Universal Music Publishing Group, Warner/Chappell Music and also many secondary and tertiary publishers. This allows the
company to provide complete and accurate instructional titles, presented exactly as they were originally written and performed.
The iVideosongs titles are primarily for electric and acoustic guitarists, but titles for bass, keyboards and drums are
also included in the catalog.
iVideosongs offers three kinds of music instruction content. Tutorials designed to improve basic to advanced skills are

chorus, bridge, outro and other elements in bite-size pieces and at their own pace. Each title also includes a master performance
