Prelude from Suite in G Major was composed by Johann Sebastian Bach during the period from 1717 - 1723. As the best known movement from Bach's six cello suites, this piece is regularly performed at weddings on a variety of instruments and is also heard on soundtracks for movies and television. For intermediate-level guitarists unfamiliar with classical fingerstyle technique, Rob demonstrates the most efficient fingerings in the left and right hands along with the fundamental concepts needed to play a melody and chords simultaneously.
